Over the Easter long weekend, the Lions community proudly took part in the 38th Australian Sikh Games, held in Melbourne from April 3–5, 2026.
This incredible event brought together teams, families, and communities from across Australia to celebrate sport, culture, and connection, and basketball was right at the heart of it.
We’re especially proud to share that our U17 Division 1 team finished as Champions, showcasing outstanding teamwork, discipline, and heart throughout the tournament. A huge congratulations to all players and coaches involved in this achievement!
Beyond the results, it was an unforgettable experience, from coaching multiple teams, competing at a high level, and supporting one another both on and off the court.
