What is private training?

Private training is a one-on-one basketball development session focused on improving a player’s individual skills. Sessions are tailored to the athlete’s needs, including ball handling, shooting, footwork, defense, finishing, confidence, and game IQ.

Private training is suitable for players of all skill levels, from beginners learning basketball fundamentals to advanced players wanting to improve specific areas of their game.

Private training sessions typically run for 1 hour, depending on the selected program or coach availability.

Private training fees vary depending on the session type, duration, and coach availability. Please contact us for the latest pricing and available packages.

 

You can contact us through our website, Facebook, Instagram, email, or phone to check availability and secure a booking.

Players should bring:

  • A basketball
  • A water bottle
  • Proper basketball shoes
  • Comfortable training clothes
  • Plenty of energy and a great attitude!

We currently run training sessions in Blacktown and Windsor High School. We can also provide a Google Maps link to the venue for your convenience.

Our trial sessions are conducted in a group setting. We also offer one-on-one training sessions based on your preference and development goals. Please note that one-on-one sessions have a separate fee structure.

Each term consists of 10 training sessions. However, fees and session numbers may be pro-rated depending on how many weeks remain in the term at the time of enrolment.

Training sessions are held once per week for one hour, across a 10-week term.

Absolutely! Your child can start with training sessions only to focus on developing basketball fundamentals such as defense, ball handling, shooting, footwork, and game skills.

Once they feel confident and ready to join games or competitions, they can be placed into a suitable team.
